By engaging Athena Stream ("we", "us") for consulting services, you agree to the following terms.
Athena Stream provides process automation consulting, workflow analysis, and custom automation development. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are agreed upon before work begins.
Upon full payment, you own all custom work delivered for your engagement. Athena Stream retains the right to use general methodologies and frameworks in future projects.
We treat all client data, processes, and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
Athena Stream's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
